Jessica Annunziata
Jessica prides herself on being a compassionate and empathetic counselor who walkswith her clients to help them look inside, understand themselves and move toward healing past soul wounds. Her approach is warm and supportive yet straightforward. She believes in working toward a sense of empowerment, as a reflection of increased personal value and self-worth, while creating a safe place to allow individuals, couples, and families to be heard as she collaboratively works together to create a strong therapeutic alliance that fosters growth and change.
Jessica is a Navy veteran who for the last two decades has worked in hospitality, as a restaurant owner. She has served on the board of a local non-profit whose mission was to feed the hungry at home and abroad. Her therapy style is an eclectic approach and incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, the Soul Healing Love Model and more, while tailor-making her treatment to the client’s specific needs. She enjoys working with women, adults, couples, adolescents, and families around issues such as boundary setting, self-care, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief/loss, health and spiritual issues and trauma.
Jessica received her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University in 2022. She received her Bachelor’s degree in History from Hofstra University in NY and is a certified facilitator of the SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts) assessment.
