Anna Beardsley
Anna Beardsley MA, LCMHCA
Anna is passionate about providing a safe space for people to explore
their stories and while working collaboratively with them toward growth
and healing. She believes that as human beings we are hurt in
relationships with others as well as healed through relationships with
others. Her goal in counseling is to humbly walk alongside people in
whatever season they are in and tailor makes her counseling for each
individual person, couple or family using Cognitive Behavioral therapy,
Soul Healing Love, Family Systems, Mindfulness and many other
modalities.
Anna enjoys working with children, teens, adults, couples (both
premarital and marital), and families and has experience with: Anxiety,
Depression, PTSD, Trauma, Codependency, Marital and Pre-marital issues,
Grief and Loss, Sexual Abuse, Attachment Issues, Behavioral Issues, Life
Transitions, Personality Disorders, Domestic Abuse and Women’s Issues.
She earned a MA in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary in 2022
and a BA in both Spanish and Communication from Virginia Tech in 2017.
Anna is certified as a Prepare/Enrich facilitator for premarital
counseling and certified in Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1.
Making the decision to seek out counseling is a huge step toward
healing. Anna considers it a great privilege to get to work with clients
in all areas and walks of life and would be honored to walk alongside
you.
