Caillie Maxwell serves as the Intake Coordinator and Business Administrator at Rodgers Christian Counseling. She is passionate about making each client’s first experience one of warmth and care.

As the first voice many people hear when reaching out for help, she understands the courage it takes to make that call. She takes time to listen well, gathers important details, and thoughtfully connects clients with the counselor who will best meet their needs.

Caillie is warm, empathetic, and a natural problem solver, with extensive experience in the customer service industry, making her a great fit at RCC.

Outside of work, she spends time on her three passions- her faith, family and holistic living. Caillie enjoys homeschooling her children and creating fun memories with them. She and her family love spending time outdoors—whether hiking local trails, gardening or traveling. She loves reading her Bible and enjoys learning about epigenetics research and other holistic topics.
